We are expanding our Operations in Noida, India and looking for Trainees – Business Development who are pursuing Last semester MBA (Marketing) and looking for the career in sales in different IT services.
The job might require long working hours. Scope of getting job after 6 months training is definitely there for good performers.
Sales & Marketing: Managing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability. Utilize the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads. Preparing & Maintaining MIS reports for the reference of the top Management.
Presales: Responding to RFP/RFI, developing collaterals, case studies & presentations. Involve in estimation, designing solution in consultation with the Project Manager and Country Head.
Key Account Management: Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new
accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. Build and maintain healthy business relations with major clientele, ensure maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have:
-Minimum of 65% marks in 10th and 12th standards.
– Must have the Technical background i.e. B .Tech or B.E with minimum of 70% marks.
– Must have minimum of 70% marks in MBA till second last semester.
– Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask and carry a large req. load
– Excellent communication skills required.
– Team player, competitive, adapts well to change, multitasking skills, and time management skills.
