Pre-Requisites desired from the interns Required Skill Sets:
The Eligibility criteria for all positions:-
1) A minimum GPA of 6.5 on a scale of 10 or 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
2) Good communication skills
Position wise required skill sets:
– IT Security Research Analyst:-
1) Extensive technical knowledge in the areas of Computer Networks and IT Security.
2) Must have taken a course on computer networks as a part of curriculum.
3) Experience in research work will be an add-on.
– IT Security Speaker Trainee: –
1) Excellent communication skills.
2) Candidates with Cambridge as speaking course completion certificate or TOEFL will
have an edge.
3) Should have proven leadership abilities
– Web Developer:-
1) Must know Php, HTML, CSS and good knowledge of developing Web 2.0 standard
websites
2) Good knowledge in Search Engine Optimization is a must.
– Associate Brand Manager: –
1) Should have organised a couple of events before
2) Fair knowledge in social communication via social networking sites is a must.
3) Should have a fair knowledge about brand management.
– Business Development Associate:-
1) Extremely good communication skills
2) Job profile will include a lot of field work and interactions with CXO level
officials/VP/ Managerial level officials of clientele and developing business relations.

– Market Planning Associate:-
1) Should have a basic idea of strategy management.
2) Strong at interpersonal skills and fair knowledge of IT security market in India
