- Overview of internship: The profile is into General Insurance, Life Insurance & Financial Management Services:
1. Binding and separating of Renewal letters
2. Excel sheet is made of the return renewal letter
3. Providing Restatement Quotation, Tax certificate, renewal letters etc. to clients and branches (as and when received).
4. Dispatching of renewal receipt of cheque deposit.
5. Import data in bonrix software
6. Data Scrubbing and as when received from branch.
7. Maintaining documents file for GI and LI
8. Scanning of LI and GI documents
9. Income Tax (client add and printouts of ITR V)
10. Arranging and preparing Illustration of various companies
11. Visiting LIC
12. Follow up for pickups status
13. Bond related Query, client interested in availing more polices is forwarded to branches. (as and when received)
14. Follow up for the same is made from the branch.
15. Resolving of Incoming queries of client. (as and when received)
Requirements:
• Besides possessing good communication skills the student should have a flair for financial products
• Should be smart
• Wants to pursue carrier in the financial services industry
