Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing resources, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Operational Planning:

Develop and execute operational plans to meet business objectives.

Monitor workflows and ensure smooth functioning of processes.

  1. Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity.

Implement best practices to optimize operations.

  1. Resource Management:

Ensure proper allocation and utilization of resources (manpower, equipment, etc.).

Maintain inventory and manage procurement needs.

  1. Coordination and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational goals.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication.

  1. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Prepare and present operational performance reports to management.

  1. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies.

Respond to operational issues promptly and effectively.

7.Customer Support:

Address customer complaints or inquiries related to operations.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting service delivery standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
