Overview of internship: We have many undergoing projects in Go-to-Market strategy at the moment and for one such project we require summer trainees who are well versed in Marketing Research technique and have a people management skills. Let me detail the whole proposition.
We, at Boom Marcom conducting a study on the promotional activities of Home Décor Market in Delhi NCR and we plan to touch the market in order to understand the B2B and B2C requirements of the various segments of Home Décor. To gain a real time scenario we are carrying out a primary research of the various segments of the Home Décor market. We need to connect with the market directly and understand the promotional needs through a structured questionnaire designed for in-depth interview/survey. When we say market- our samples are the showrooms/wholesalers/retailers/manufacturers/service providers of furniture, interior decoration services, kitchen & bath fittings, arts & accessories, luxury homes, home textiles and fabrics etc.
To lay out our requirements, we would like to engage 3-4 students who are ready to go out to the market in Delhi NCR for the period of approximately 1 month. During this one month the task will be to go to a specific sample size, get the data, collate the data, analyse the data and to prepare a report accordingly.
