Overview of internship: Serving: taking new requirements from clients & handling permanent recruitment for various positions.
Details of internship
Sourcing profiles through networking, head hunting, job portals etc.
Conducting initial profile screening, telephonic interview as a preliminary round, Scheduling personal interviews follow up to know the status, salary negotiations’ if required.
Raising invoice and following up for payments.
Doing Reference Checks for the best-fit profiles.
Working on continuous process improvement.
Helping in and clarifying the queries with regard to process, of the Candidates and Associates.
Maintaining regular contacts with Candidates and Employer.
Maintain Status lists of all activities (i.e.) Candidates Interviewed, Screened,Position tracker and candidates closed.
Database Management
Desired profile: Mba in Hr
Education Mba specialization in HR
Experience 0-6 months in recruitment
Other
Duration of internship 2 months.
