This internship is strictly for MBA/BBA/BBM students who have a passion for taking up marketing as a career choice. This is one great opportunity and platform to portray your skills and learnings in real industry scenario. You’d be working hand in hand with the entrepreneurs themselves and work in the business development domain. You will be trained and guided throughout to get the best out of this internship. Your renumeration would be on the royalty/incentive basis i.e a percentage share in every sale you and your team makes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hire a talented 15 member sales force(called Campus Ambassadors(works from college) ) from various colleges in your region and train them.
2. Get the best out of them in terms of branding and sales.
3. Keep the sales force team ever motivated.
4. Work as a college ambassador for your college.
