Overview of internship:
Fortuity Infotech is into the online gaming space. We are looking for bright young people with strong communication skills, a passion for online media (esp. social media). We are looking for people flexible to work in desk job doing research, planning and strategy creation and interested to go out on the ground and execute the planned activities.

Company profile
Fortuity Infotech is a start up in the online gaming space and is more than a year old. They are a technology driven company. They have plans of becoming one of the top companies in their chosen niche. The team consists of people from premiere institutes such as IIT Kanpur, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Allahabad. The company was founded by individuals from technology backgrounds at IIIT Hyderabad and management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Details of internship
There are two aspects of the internship:
a) Marketing – This includes creating the strategy, plan and supporting activities. Aspects of this would include impact analysis of certain activities, cost implications and operationalizing plan. This is followed up with action on the plans and making sure that everything runs smoothly
b) Sales – There are two kinds of sales we are involved with – B2B and B2C. B2B Sales involves doing all the background research required, making sales collateral, making sales calls, following up etc. B2C Sales involves working with Marketing and ensuring to follow up on every lead they create. Certain targets would be there for the B2C side where the intern would take complete responsibility for the same.

Desired profile:

Education – Any Undergraduate/Post Graduate with an interest in understanding about business
Experience – Not looking for work experience but rather experience with various situations such as writing for college blog/magazine/newsletter, handling delegates/visitors from outside college, sponsorship hunting, managing events
Important Qualities:

• Very strong written and Communication skills
• Go getter/self motivated. Should be great on follow up
• Honest/straight forward at work
• Quick thinkers on their feet
• Strong willingness to learn with lots of dedication, passion and committment.
