- You will be given Training on Marketing & Sales Operations.
- Your mentor will train, guide & assist you atevery step.
- You need to make your allotted geographical area for newer clients.
- You need to make sure they do their recruitment’s through Lemon Fresh
- Solutions.
- Our Recruitment Team will close the positions; you get from your client.
- Client makes the payment for the recruitment services we rendered to them.
- Lemon Fresh Solutions will give you your share i.e. 15%of the total bill.
Human Resource Interns: –
- You will be taught about the recruitment & selection process.
- You will be taught about the different industries & their working patterns.
- Your mentor will train, guide & assist you atevery step.
- You will be given different vacant positions with different clients.
- You need to search the suitable candidate & send him/her for the Interview.
- Once the candidate gets selected Lemon Fresh Solutions gets paid of for the services.
- Lemon Fresh Solutions will give you your share i.e. 15%of the total bill. After the completion of your training time your will be given INTERNSHIP COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
