We are looking for for a batch of MBA-Marketing Interns and absorb a selected few of them in employment within 3 months. Initially – we will take 20 interns from all over India, through a process of selection and these 20 will work for 3 months on 30% commission on sales. They will work from place of their choice and time of their choice.
After 3 months – we will review their performance ( those who can achieve a minimum target of monthly sales of INR1,00.000/ ) and will absorb 3 to 5 of them with an initial Salary of Indian Rupees Twelve Thousand Only per month plus 5% incentive. Others can continue on commission, if they want to. But, everyone working with us will get an experience certificate if the minimum sales achieved is Rs.50,000/-

This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position.

* Learning and Implementing Sales Funnel based operation.
* Learning and experiencing how to create awareness about a Product ( also emotional advertising )
* Learning Writing blogs and reviews on Product
* Learning the Business process activities of a client organization and how to work with them.
* Learning and applying Negotiation and Presentation techniques
* Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
* Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
* Prepare presentations
* Enter contact information into contact management systems
* Provide support to social media efforts
* Maintain tracking report of public relations activity

02. Install ACE on Laptop as per the user guide
03. Select a target industry of your choice and create 10 dummy customer and other details
