Who are we?
RedQuanta is a Customer Experience Management company. We partner our clients in measuring and managing the ‘In-store’ experience. RedQuanta uses Mystery Shopping tool for measuring the customer experience objectively and accurately. Our mystery shoppers anonymously evaluate customer service, operations, employee integrity, merchandising, and product quality etc. for our clients.
Client base of the company includes education, gaming retail, apparels and personal accessories, food and beverage, banking and entertainment retail. Some of the clients are NIIT, Zee Group, Reliance, Mocha, Booster Juice, Lawrence and Mayo, Chemistry.
RedQuanta was founded by Pankaj Guglani, a MDI Gurgaon alumnus.

Responsibilities:
Managing the mystery shopper program: We engage with smart shoppers who love to shop and shop intelligently. Our shoppers get paid for sharing their shopping experiences. You will be responsible for:
• Increasing shopper base through social media, referrals, cold calling etc
• Shopper relationship management i.e. keeping shoppers happy and excited about working with RedQuanta
Managing mystery shopping assignments
• Scheduling mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
• Editing the mystery audit reports for quality
Business Analytics: We provide clients with an expert analysis to help them drive results. You will be responsible for:
o Analysis and presentation of data:
• To help understand key trends across outlets
• To help simplify complex data & make it meaningful for your business
o Key Customer Insights:
• To help understand what customers want and what they expect
• To analyze what is being delivered and its impact

Yes, it is a paid internship. We’re located at Andheri (W), Mumbai. The duration will be 2 to 6 months as per the availability of the candidate.
