Position Offered- Sales, Marketing and Brand Management Trainees & Interns

Job Location: Delhi/NCR

Stipend: 2000+ Incentives

Overview: 

Development of Brand Marketing strategy and plans

• Assist in development work on Brand Strategy in India ( including joint work on Insights / Idea Identification and Proposition Development)
• Drive implementation of the Brand strategy across various platforms- both mass media and non-media

 2)     Development of Product Communication strategy and plans

• Act as a product champion within the Marketing team

• Develop product positioning platforms that help create focused and differentiated communication
• Understand product communication requirements and execute to agreed budgets and timelines

3)     Execution of Sales Plan 

• Assist the sales team in identifying new markets
• Appointment channel partners
• Business promotions including road-shows, presentations, lead generation, closure of sales, etc

 Candidates must be willing to travel in the region, should be comfortable  for field sales, Self motivated and team players. Some basic sales targets will be assigned to each trainee during this period and incentives will be linked on achieving those targets.

Desired Profiles: Go-getters, self motivated and ambitious candidates pursuing MBA/BBA or equivalent  qualifications
