-Map talent form the industry and target suitable talent pool
-reach out to the targeted talent pool thru Job Portals, Headhunting and networking
-Match expectation of candidates and clients
-Send relevant profiles to the client, get feedback, schedule the shortlisted candidates for a F2F discussion with the clients and follow up with the offered candidates up to joining.
-Maintain rapport with the joined candidates after joining to collect references.
