About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will get hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, communication, and daily HR operations. This internship will help you develop essential professional skills and understand real-time HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Handle candidate follow-ups and maintain communication
Prepare and send offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, etc.
Maintain databases, HR records, and daily reports
Support in onboarding and induction activities
Assist HR team with training coordination
Handle basic HR queries from interns and employees
Manage WhatsApp/Email communication with candidates
Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information
Perform other HR operational tasks as assigned
Requirements
Any degree (HR / Management preferred, but not mandatory)
Good communication skills (Tamil or English)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
