We aim to leverage the latest advances in social learning, mobile broadband, analytics & cloud computing to provide our clients with interactive, cost effective, modular, scalable e-learning courses, which are delivered through our cloud based online LMS.

Overview of internship:
Presently we have an intern position opened for Business Development Intern in Pune. This roles & responsibilities of this position are as follows:
A) Business Development
• Independently generate and maintain leads through cold calling, referrals, online and offline research, to develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Invest upwards of 80% of your time in the field, meeting leads and converting them into customers.
• Good communication and presentation skills. The intern must be fluent in Hindi, English & Marathi.
• Self-starters, optimistic, persevering candidates with a can do-will do attitude
• Strong time management, multi focus, organization skills and detailed orientation
• Dependability, responsibility and accountability is critical
B) Market Research & Scoping
• Researching e-learning product segment attractiveness, appropriate targeting & positioning approaches
• Identifying and defining market segments, industry trends and customer preferences
• Identify current market conditions, product acceptability in Pune
• Identify key competitors, their offerings, their pricing and market strategy and their shortcomings
Details of internship
Duration of internship will be 1 month (extendable up to additional 2-3 months depending on performance and business requirements).
• Intern must have own mode of personal transport, laptop with data card and readiness to operate from existing lodgings (such as college hostel)
Desired profile:
Education MBA/MMM/PGDBM/EPGDBM in Marketing(upto final semester)
Experience Freshers/upto 3 years
Other • Good Communication Skills(Written and Oral-Hindi, English & Marathi)
• Creative yest analytical bend of mind
• Familiarity with BFSI jargon
Duration of internship 1 month (extendable up to additional 2-3 months depending on performance and business requirements).
