Technical Intern (Chemistry/ Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
We are a pharmaceutical finished formulations manufacturing company. From research and development to production and export, we strive to make the world a better place by providing excellent pharmaceutical products to the people, all over the world. We have more than 400 branded and 900+ generic products that we manufacture for almost all major government institutions such as The Armed Forces Medical Services, Rajasthan Medical Services, UP Medical and Health Services etc. as well as for other major private companies such as Leeford and Elder pharmaceuticals. We are also exporting our products to Cambodia, Afghanistan, Yemen, Kenya, and several South African countries. Negotiation is ongoing with various other importers and in near future, we will be commencing export in many more countries.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
Our QC department along with our IT cell are currently developing an exciting tool that will automate a very important part of the product development phase using Advance artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. This tool has the potential to solve a major pain point of the pharmaceutical industry and revolutionize the way things are being approached right now in the pharma sector. In order to scale up the project, we are having openings for summer internship were the candidates that get selected will be given an opportunity to be a part of the core team and will work actively on the project assisting the QC team.
Activities:
During the period of the internship every intern will go through a brainstorming phase in which they will gain an overview of the current practices being followed in the industry and how we are planning to eliminate the inefficiencies of the system by replacing the traditional methods with advance tools. They will be provided with work based on their educational background and competency and will be given targets which they have to meet. They will gain first-hand experience of working on the newly developed platform and solving real life industry challenges. Performance assessment of every intern will be done through an online daily reporting tool.
Stipend: Candidates who score above 90% overall in the selection process will be offered a stipend for the duration of the internship ranging from 5k to 10k based on their selection round score and their performance during the internship period.
Internship Certificate: Candidates who complete their summer internship 2019 with us will be provided with an Internship certificate from our company stating the project they worked on and their contribution to the project.
Permanent placement opportunity (PPO): We have expansion plans for scaling up the project and launching it on an international level. Pre-placement offers will be handed out to candidates based on the work done during the internship and the review of their mentor.
Letter of recommendation: A letter of recommendation will be provided to 3 top performing candidates.
The eligibility requirements are as follows –
1. The candidate must be from the following post graduation program –
a. M.Sc Chemistry
b. M.Pharma Pharmaceutical Chemistry
2. Strong command over written as well as spoken English.
