About the internship
Role of Intern- Idea generation and content creation on trending topics.
Platforms- Instagram (Primary), LinkedIn and Facebook.
Instagram and Facebook- Reels, Posts, Story and Story highlights.
LinkedIn- Business related posts.
1. Ideate, create, and curate content for the Brand’s Instagram handle and Facebook page including designing post and hashtag mining.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Develop compelling visual content (digital, photography, video, and curation) for existing accounts.
- Generate engaging, and action-oriented content for digital media, including social media.
- Brainstorm, plan, create, publish, and measure the success of content to support marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital content.
- Manage social media campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, reporting, and optimisation across brands.
- Reach out to other Social Media Influencers
- Focus on a digital and mobile first experience in design and understand the competitive landscape, trends, and emerging technologies to incorporate into our creative process.
- You will also be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current strategy and campaigns.
- Brainstorm new and creative strategies for increasing organic reach.
- Preparing well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
Competencies-
- Canva
- InShot
- Adobe (Not mandatory but preferred).

Key Qualities-
- A keen interest in creating good quality, meaningful engaging content and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
- A strong sense of urgency and discipline for completing tasks/ Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Proficiency in English- Spoken and Written.
- Willingness to represent the brand on screen.
- Active on all social media platforms.
- Social Media content creation skills (Mainly- reels/short videos)
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
