Our Market Research Analysts are responsible for researching aspects of a business, analyzing the information and making recommendations based on it.
Take a brief with the big picture and how this element fits, review and push for clarity and then own it completely
Be creative about data sources and create an approach to the research
Being comfortable with global and expert sources
Form a judgement on data sources and go to root source of the data
Form a hypothesis after some early research
Flex probing based on complexity and likelihood of an absolute answer to the problem
Communicate progress and update timelines keeping the quality of the output in mind at all times and allowing for random walks
Develop a skeleton structure or adapt template to capture the analysis
Document all research and references
Search and highlight insights that help develop a stronger concept and probe areas of concern
Determine and agree criteria for decisions
Present options and clear recommendations
