We are looking to hire a candidate for the post of “Customer Support Executive”‘ at our Noida based office.
The Job Role and Responsibilities-
- Coordinate with customers on Call/Chat
- A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking charge of issues
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups with customers wherever required
- Coordinate all unresolved queries to the respective departments
- Key Skills-
Good interpersonal skill, Good communications skill, Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills, Fair Knowledge on basics of computer, Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
Required Experience and Qualifications-
A Fresher or someone with 0-6 months of experience in the same field
Graduate preferred in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
