Project Type: Client Relationship, & Business Development in a Proptech Start-up

The company is a new age prop-tech start-up founded by professionals having a collective, well rounded, global corporate experience of more than 46 years. In our company, we provide consulting services to individuals for their needs related to mortgage and other financial needs. We have a unique model with customer benefits at its heart and other offerings built around that.

Purpose of offering Internship:

You shall be trained on basics of working in a tech startup in the Banking & Financial Services industry. You shall get tremendous exposure to various practical aspects of the financing industry and how to build a distribution model for new age companies.

Apart from getting a handsome stipend, you also stand a chance of getting full time employment with us after you complete your internship.

Brief role of the interns:

The role will be a mix of planning and execution of the assigned business.

The selected candidates shall be trained on various aspects including the products, services, client interaction, the working of the banking and financial services industry, etc.

The selected candidates will be given the facility of flexible working hours. Coming to the office daily is not mandatory and the interns can work from their place of stay or from the field, as the case may be. They shall, however, be required to report to office/ customer location as and when it is deemed necessary by us. All the interns shall also be required to submit a daily report through e-mail, in the designated format.

This role will include:

  • Coordinating with various stake holders like customers, internal team, the financial institutions, etc
  • Contacting the prospective clients (including prospective channel partners) with our unique value proposition and educating them how it benefits them. The ultimate aim is to onboard them.
  • Fix up meeting with the decision makers, to close the
  • Guiding the interested clients in migrating their existing loans.
  • Address the clients’ support related queries.

  • Excellent communicator who communicates with Impact & Empathy
  • Excellent in networking with people through various modes, like direct or indirect references, social networks, cold calls, etc
  • Should have a flair for business and interacting with people effectively
  • High energy levels with a go getter and problem solving attitude.
  • Innovative in strategizing and executing the tasks assigned
  • Should be keen to work in a start-up environment which means working within limited resources, changing the course of work at a short notice, taking decisions/ acting with less than sufficient information, going beyond the defined parameters of responsibility, if required, having flexible/ long working hours, etc.

Stipend:

The selected candidates will be awarded a stipend which will be a mix of fixed amount and incentives.

The fixed amount shall be INR 10000/- per month.

The incentives shall be paid on business closure @ INR 5000-15000 per deal. There shall be no upper limit to the incentives and the interns can earn even up to 1 Lakh rupees incentive during the course of the internship.
