REQUIREMENT FOR MBA MARKETING & HRM INTERNSHIP PROGRAME
MBA MARKETING:
Job description: Candidate should be responsible to get the projects related to websites and software applications and also responsible to develop business in an upcoming portal which includes search engine, classifieds, news and job portal and initially the company provides training and leads to boast-up the executives.
Business Development Executives:
- Leads Generation
- Business generation from the leads
- Clients Follow ups.
- Clients Interaction
- Candidate will also be responsible to develop business in the areas of upcoming portals and related to other projects assigned by the concern department.
Initially the company gives the proper training on the products and provides training on soft and communication skills. We assist the executives by generating leads and help them in continuous improvement. We always provide positive feedback to the candidates regarding their performance and nominate members who have performed well for rewards programmes.
Note: stipend will be provided to the right candidate while achieving the minimum targets and for fulltime and part-timers the salary based completely on the performance level.
Duration: Min 1 month – Max 6 months

Description: sourcing, screening and validation of the resumes through job-portals, personal and professional network as per the given requirement. Scheduling the initial interview date and time and interview co-ordination. Maintain the candidate’s database for the future requirements. The Objective of selection process is to choose the individual who can successfully perform the job from the pool of qualified candidates.

2. Employee relationship and survey:

Since the scope of the human resource is very broad and its role changes from the organization to organization.
Whenever the employee step into the organization he contribute something and expects monitory, non monitory and more satisfaction. Both the employer and employee is involved in the satisfaction which is driven within the employee. And for the welfare of the employee and the organization the study of the Employee relationship and survey is crucial. It is also considered as to be one of the critical success factors.
